What you will experience at this workshop:
Experience an energy building Reiki circle which will combine all the positive energy in the room to give you an extra boost to jump start the healing process.
Be hypnotized with positive and affirming suggestions. This will guide you to internalize that healing process and guide you in dealing with your emotional eating.
Receive a recording for future use as often as is needed. This will allow you to continue that healing process in your own self-help efforts.
Who is Janelle Spoto?
I was raised by parents who didn’t feel the greatest about themselves even though they were quite successful in their careers and life. Plus, you would never guess that when you met them. They were loving and nurturing as well. My issues with being ADHD also did not help. I was a prime target for bullies at school as well. So, this learned and reinforced behavior was engrained into me. It eventually manifested into a full-blown obesity issue. I became obsessed with food. I suffered with binge eating. Life was truly miserable. I even agreed to do Gastric Bypass Surgery. My outer appearance looked better even though I never lost all the excess but the inner mind was still in turmoil. A few years after the surgery I was on my way to gaining back what I had lost. Consequently, I did not feel good about myself for years. Unfortunately, I also passed this onto my own kids without even realizing it.
Hypnosis and Reiki literally guided me to stop the craziness and I took back my life. I have not looked back. I feel great about myself. I’ve lost weight I could never lose even after the Bypass. The fact that this shy girl can actually stand and talk in front of groups of people is short of amazing. I really feel like a walking miracle. Come hear my story of change and how you can embrace and find who you are, a wonderful and worthwhile individual. Find that courage you need to let go of the weight that is holding you back.
