30-minute One on One sessions following each workshop in the Live Group Workshop Series that covers Intuitive Eating based on the Intuitive Eating 4th Edition book by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.
When:
The Live Group Workshops are every other Wednesday starting on January 11th, 2023 from 7pm – 9pm CST. These are the Wednesdays that we will have a live group online workshop:
1/11/23, 1/25/23, 2/8/23, 2/22/23, 3/8/23, 3/22/23, 4/5/23, 4/19/23, 5/3/23, 5/17/23, 5/31/23 and 6/14/23.
You will receive the Live Group Tier for free.
The One-on-One sessions will be scheduled sometime during the week following the Live Workshops.
Where:
Online, you will receive a zoom link for each live group workshop in the series and each one-on-one session.
How many: 12 workshops and 12 – 30-minute One on One sessions
